Liftgate/Tailgate and residential delivery services for freight-class items require an additional surcharge.
Customers must select the appropriate delivery option during checkout when calculating shipping costs.
Failure to select the proper delivery service may result in:
Shipment delays
Additional delivery charges
Re-delivery fees
Storage fees charged by the freight carrier
Under normal circumstances, all orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the following business day.
Out-of-stock items will ship within 1 business day after restocking. No shipping price adjustments will be made, as the order will still ship using the originally selected shipping method.
Customers will be notified by email within 1 business day if we are unable to process or complete the order.

RedlineJDM reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipments deemed high-risk, unverifiable, or inconsistent with billing information provided by the customer.
A valid tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and coordinating delivery appointments directly with the freight carrier when required.
Failure to respond to the freight company may result in storage fees, re-delivery charges, or return shipping charges at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and freight charges related to returning any item, including defective items, warranty claims, refused shipments, exchanges, or canceled orders.
No replacement engine, transmission, or part will be shipped until the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified by RedlineJDM.
All returns REQUIRE a valid RA (Return Authorization) number issued by RedlineJDM prior to returning any merchandise.
The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any return received without a valid RA number may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Customers must include a copy of the original invoice with the returned item.
RedlineJDM reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned merchandise before approving any refund, exchange, warranty claim, or store credit.
