Refund Policy

All refused, canceled, or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original item price, plus all original shipping charges and return freight charges back to our warehouse. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RedlineJDM is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping or transportation once the engine, transmission, or parts have left our facility.

Customers are required to inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any freight damage, pallet damage, missing items, or visible shipping damage must be reported directly to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage immediately may result in denial of any shipping-related claims.

RedlineJDM is NOT responsible for:

• Labor costs
• Installation costs
• Diagnostic fees
• Towing fees
• Rental vehicle expenses
• Transportation costs
• Shipping charges
• Storage fees
• Loss of income
• Loss of use
• Any other related expenses

• Returns will NOT be accepted on any engine or transmission that has been:

• Disassembled
• Opened
• Modified
• Improperly installed
• Used in racing or performance applications
• Overheated
• Abused
• Missing parts or accessories

• All returned items must be received by RedlineJDM within 30 days from the original purchase date and must arrive in the same condition as originally shipped.

  Returned engines and transmissions must be complete with no missing components. Any missing, damaged, or altered parts may result in additional charges or deductions from the refund amount.

  RedlineJDM reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned merchandise before approving any refund, exchange, or warranty claim
